We have a professional team of RICS registered valuers who are all Members or Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Together they have a wealth of knowledge and experience of the commercial property market in Liverpool, Merseyside, and surrounding areas.
All are well practised in providing tailored services to meet the unique requirements of both private clients and lenders.
For many years, we have maintained our position on the valuation panels of established high street banks and lenders, regularly producing formal written valuation reports and appraisals in respect of retail, office, industrial, residential, mixed-use, land, and development opportunities.
We also work directly for private clients advising on acquisitions and disposals, and providing valuations for a variety of purposes including asset management, accounts, pension funds and capital gains tax. We are also able to provide rental valuations for a variety of purposes including new lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews.
