Weekly working hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-5pm on FridayWe are looking for a candidate who will lend administrative support to our busy auction negotiators and the auction managers.

The ideal candidate will be a school leaver/first jobber with at least GCSE qualifications

This candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking, have a clear telephone voice and will be keen to progress within a customer service role.

This role will involve dealing with incoming post/outgoing post/faxing/ photocopying/ scanning/dealing with incoming emails and reception duties.

This is a Junior role that will be ideal for anyone looking for a administration/customer service position at a marketing leading firm.
