Established in 2006, Sutton Kersh Binstock is the London based division of Sutton Kersh Auctions.
The London property auction division is directed by Andrew Binstock, founder of AuctionYourProperty.com and official Auctioneer for Sutton Kersh in Liverpool.
Andrew has achieved notable success in Liverpool, hitting an average 90-95% sales rate and has since become something of a celebrity on the Liverpool property market.
In 2006 alone his auction turnover reached £28.4m.
As well as conducting the London property auctions, Andrew is also responsible for leading the firm's pitches for new instructions and managing the SKB auction team.
Their first auction in March 2007 produced over 80% sales success.
