Thomson and Moulton has been a been a strong player in the Liverpool sales and lettings market for many years.

The core of Thomson and Moulton has been the management of residential properties and blocks of flats. Following their merger with Bailey and Neep in 1998, they expanded their expertise providing qualified specialists in all aspects of the Surveying profession including Estate Agency, Commercial and Residential survey and valuation work.

In 2007 Thomson and Moulton became part of the Sutton Kersh Group who are one of Merseyside's leading independent and multidiscipline property agents operating from 9 branches across Merseyside. The amalgamation has created a property agent with specialist expertise in a vast range of property services including; Residential Lettings, Residential and Commercial Property Management, Residential Sales, Commercial Property, Overseas Property, Property Auctions, Surveys and Valuations, Building Surveying and Mortgages.

Thomson and Moulton will continue to operate predominantly through the residential and commercial lettings and management department and the surveys and valuation department. The combined strength of Sutton Kersh Lettings and Thomson and Moulton's management expertise and knowledge will create a Lettings department second to none in the area.
