The Sutton Kersh Group Lettings department will advise prospective tenants all the way through the Lettings process. Once registered through either Sutton Kersh or Thomson and Moulton, one of our friendly, qualified, experienced advisers will take you through the Lettings process;

• Decide on a property
• Formal application and reference
• Moving in
• Rent and deposit payment
• Completion / Move in / Inventory

Property Rental Fees

• £75.00 (inc. VAT) Referencing Fee (Single fee)
• or
• £100 (inc. VAT) Referencing Fee (Double fee)
• or
• £160 (inc. VAT) Referencing Fee (Multiple/Company fee)
• One Months Rent In advance
• One Months Rent plus £100 as Deposit
• £60.00 (inc. VAT) Legal Fees.

To be paid as follows:

• 1st Payment
  £65.21 + VAT = £75.00 (Single fee) or £86.95 + VAT = £100.00 (Double fee), £139.13 + VAT = £160 (Multiple/Company Let)
  To Be Paid on Application with completed Letsure referencing form.
• 2nd Payment - To be paid on occupation in cash or bankers draft
  (No personal cheques will be accepted)
  £51.06 + VAT = £60.00 (Legal Fees - preparation of legal agreements, notification to all utility suppliers. etc)
  One Months Rent In Advance
  Deposit Of One Months Rent plus £100.
