Tenant's Fees
Payment 1
The following payment is due on Application and should be submitted with a completed Letsure Referencing Form.
Reference fees
Cheques should be made payable to Thomson and Moulton.
There are 4 options:
- £120 (inclusive of VAT) for a single reference check
- £200 (inclusive of VAT) for a double reference check
- £250 (inclusive of VAT) for multiple / Company let reference checks.
- £60 (inclusive of VAT) for Guarantor reference check
Payment 2
The following payments are due when moving in.
Advanced rent payment
- One month's rent in advance;
Deposit
- One month's rent plus £100.00; .
Please note that personal cheques will not be accepted for the 2nd payment.
