Sutton Kersh dress up Tarleton Street with Lili Bizarre.

The Sutton Kersh Commercial department has recently relocated Lili Bizarre, one of Liverpool’s most recognised and established fancy dress shops.

Lili Bizarre first opened in 1988 in Quiggins indoor market and then moved to Hardman Street in 2003. However, they have now outgrown these premises too and are relocating again, this time to Tarleton Street.

Gary Wakefield, Partner at Lili Bizzare, said: “We made the decision to move from Hardman Street because of not only the increased footfall around the Liverpool One shopping area but to have more space for our existing stock and also to allow us to have more products in the future.”

Their new space is an impressive 4,921 sq. ft space over two storeys in a prominent position within the popular shopping areas of Church Street and Liverpool One.

Sutton Kersh, Liverpool Estate agents and letting specialist, have a large portfolio of commercial properties available throughout the city for both sale and rent.

Gary also added, “This is the second time we have approached Jonathan Owen, Commercial Director at Sutton Kersh. His knowledge of the local market is second to none and we feel he always gets the best deal possible for his clients.”
