Sutton Kersh is celebrating after a noticeable increase in their lettings market.

This comes on the back of a strong six months for the Cotton Street based business where they have experienced high levels of demand, resulting in expansion in to their new office space on Exchange Street East in the City Centre.

Two new members of staff have been introduced to help Sutton Kersh Lettings continue to efficiently service their large and growing client base.

Carol Corran has joined the Sutton Kersh team as a Lettings Valuer from Collertons, Katie Bishop has taken on the role of Lettings Negotiator from Alpha Lets and Zoe Jones has been promoted to Lettings Coordinator.

Lettings Manager Mike Howard said “It is an exciting time for Sutton Kersh Lettings. The department has been running for two years now and we have already reached and surpassed our initial capacity.

“Even though we are operating in a difficult environment at the moment, we are still seeing much success, this demonstrates our strength as a team. We are delighted to have Carol and Katie on board and we look forward to more success in the future.”
