£100 to Zoe's Place on the completion of every house sale

Sutton Kersh, one of the cities leading property agents, have recently shown their support to local charity Zoe’s Place and donated £3, 000.

The money was raised through a scheme launched from the property agents West Derby branch whereby £100 is donated to the baby hospice on the completion of every house sale.

Hospice Manager Flo Bergquist was delighted to receive the cheque presented to the Hospice by Josie Newport of Sutton Kersh; "Zoe’s Place are so pleased with the support and recognition we receive from local businesses such as Sutton Kersh and the donation will allow us to continue our valuable work."

The presentation took place outside Mr and Mrs Collin’s property, just two of the many vendors that have contributed to the charity. Mr Collin Assistant Head at Cardinal Heenan School commented,

"It is a great idea for raising money for the local charity and we are so pleased to have been part of such a worthwhile scheme for a highly commendable cause."

Josie Newport of Sutton Kersh West Derby said, "We are delighted to be able to help the local community. It is through vendors like Mr and Mrs Collin instructing us to sell their property that we are able to show our support for Zoe’s Baby Hospice."

This is the only scheme of its kind in the Liverpool area and the company look forward to making further donations from their new office opening in the New Year.
