110 properties up for grabs at July auction

Over 110 properties will go under the hammer at Sutton Kersh's next property auction – the biggest catalogue to be offered in Merseyside for over four years.

The event will take place from 12 noon on the 12th July at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel.

Guide prices range from nil reserve for plots of land in Clwyd in North Wales up to £400,000 for high yielding commercial units.

A former public convenience building on West Derby Road in Tuebrook is also up for grabs and carries a guide price £10,000+. The single storey building comprises ladies and gents public toilets with attendants rooms, boiler rooms and stores. The gross external area is 110 sq metres and is suitable for a variety of purposes subject to the necessary planning consents.

Cathy Holt, auction manageress at Sutton Kersh comments “This is Merseyside's biggest auction catalogue for over four years – a positive sign for the local property market. The quality of the lots is good and the guide prices are reasonable so I am hoping for another good sale. Pre auction enquiries have been high with lots of viewings booked in. So far this year we have sold over 190 properties which is a 24% increase on the same period last year.”
