2011 year end review

It is that time of year again when we reflect on the last 12 months, and what a year it has been for Sutton Kersh.

Estate Agency of the Year Silver AwardMerseyside EGi Deals Winner for 2nd year running...
The Commercial team retained the EGi Merseyside Deals Winner award for the second consecutive year after completing more commercial property deals than any other agent in the area.

Merseyside's no.1 auction house for the 5th consecutive year...
Sutton Kersh Auctions has maintained its position as the best performing auction house in Merseyside for the fifth consecutive year. We out-performed our competition at every auction and achieved a selling average of 72%; above the national average. The total receipts for the year total in excess of £20,000,000.

Awarded at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards...
To top the year off, our estate agency chain was recently awarded silver at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in the category for Best Small Agency Northern England. The expert judges were impressed with "the team's focus on what sellers need, with a real concentration on sales progression" and described our emphasis on training as "exemplary". The judges were also impressed with the implementation of technology in the business and the approach of getting an interested valuer to design the IT systems to ensure it fulfills the needs of the business from a practical point of view. Sutton Kersh was described as "taking a family business with traditional values and adding top notch technology and systems to ensure clients get the best of both worlds."

New website launch...
In October this year we launched a brand new website which has since received an average of 400,000 page views and 20,000 unique visitors each month. The easy to use website combines functionality with the latest technological features to create an enhanced user experience. From detailed property searches, to arranging a viewing, finding a mortgage, and saving properties; the website does it all.
