July auction attracts 93 lots

A vacant Grade II listed barn conversion dating back to 1661 is among the 93 lots going under the hammer at the Sutton Kersh auction on 16 July.

The mews property in Sefton village is in need of some updating, but does benefit from central heating, garage and an open aspect to the rear. The guide price is £220,000 to £240,000.
