NAEA letters awarded to Fiona Douglas and Laura Tewkesbury

Two more members of staff at Sutton Kersh's Allerton & South Liverpool Residential Sales office have recently been awarded membership to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

Fiona Douglas who is a valuer, and Laura Tewkesbury who is a senior sales consultant at Sutton Kersh's flagship sales office on Allerton Road, have been with the firm for 7 years.

The qualification is awarded through the National Federation of Property Professionals (NfoPP) who offer a range of regulated, respected and well established estate agency qualifications.

The NAEA is the UK's leading professional body for estate agents. It's main function is to regulate, guide, and assist property professionals to help make the housing market a safer place for consumers. Whilst membership is not mandatory, consumers who choose an NAEA accredited estate agent are safeguarded and can feel secure that their property is in the hands of qualified and knowledgeable property professionals.

Alex Dixon, director and branch manager at Sutton Kersh Allerton & South Liverpool comments “I am incredibly proud of Fiona and Laura. Both are committed, motivated, and knowledgeable members of our team who have a well established knowledge of the property industry. They have worked incredibly hard over the years and thoroughly deserve the NAEA letters that now appear after their names.”
