Two former Welsh banking halls are going under the hammer in Sutton Kersh's March property auction.

Both properties are suitable for redevelopment: one is an 18th century building in Llandovery, Dyfed, with a guide price of £145,000. The other building is in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, with a guide price of £45,000.

  • A plot of land on the North-East coast that offers great redevelopment possibilities. The guide price for the property is £30,000.
  • A one bedroom flat in Pensarn which has recently been refurbished and is available for immediate occupation. The guide price for the property is £25,000.
  • A stone built cottage that sits on 7.5 acres of land in Caernarfon, Gwynedd. The guide price for the property is £160,000.
