Sutton Kersh auction proceeds pass £12,000,000

Sutton Kersh generated sales in excess of £3,500,000 at its 22nd May auction taking its total sales for the year to date to over £12,000,000.

At the event which took place at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel in Queen Square 56 of the 88 properties offered sold. Pre auction activity was high with 17 properties sold prior generating in excess £1,400,000.

Amongst the best selling lots of the day was 105 Needham Road in Kensington. The middle terrace vacant three bedroom residential property which is suitable for immediate occupation or for investment purposes attracted numerous bidders at its guide price of £40,000 - £45,000 and sold for £54,500.

Le Bateau, 20 Huntley Road and 48 Benedict Street sold after the auction for undisclosed amounts. More sales are expected to complete afterwards.
