We have further expanded our Residential Property Management and Block Management department with the recruitment of Matthew Hatchard.
The 23 year old real estate management and business graduate, who studied at Liverpool John Moores University, will be based at our multi-discipline office on Cotton Street in Liverpool City Centre, where he will take on the role of Property Management Surveyor. Matt will work alongside experienced company director and Chartered Surveyor Tudor Roberts and the rest of the Thomson & Moulton team, assisting with the management of over 100 block management contracts and several thousand management units across Merseyside..
