Sutton Kersh open plush, new City Centre Office

Sutton Kersh has recently moved round the corner from their Tithebarn Street City Centre location to offices on Exchange Street East.

The new, larger double fronted office, situated in a prime position to reach the highly lucrative professional market, hosts plasma flat screen televisions used for displaying the estate agents latest property offerings

The City office, managed by Phil Lawton, focuses on new developments and property available to buy and let in the Centre of Liverpool

James Kersh quotes "The new office is located in a prime position, on a street with a heavy footfall of professionals, the key audience for our City Centre properties. Our family values born with the company in 1974 still remain, we are just modernising our look. The current property market is rife with competition and we are looking to raise the bar through adding value to our service and enhancing our profile in Liverpool."

This is the first phase completed in the transformation of the Sutton Kersh brand. In a bid to freshen up their look and further increase their presence in the Merseyside property market Sutton Kersh have introduced new colours, new technology, a new website and implemented an in-house marketing department.
