Sutton Kersh to offer 94 lots

Sutton Kersh has attracted 94 lots for its next auction on Thursday, October 30th at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel.

Among the highlights is Olive Mount Villas, a Grade II listed six bedroom semi-detached property, in need of refurbishment, off Mill Lane in Liverpool. It is being offered at a guide price of £125,000 plus and has already attracted plenty of interest, according to the auctioneer.

Cathy Holt, Auction Manageress says: ‘We have received numerous enquiries from a range of buyers which reflects the enormous potential of the property.
