We aim to provide outstanding service to our clients, our underwriters & business processors will manage each case from start to finish, ensuring no misunderstandings, and no unnecessary delays.

Do Inhale Capital offer bridging loans?

Yes. 1st and 2nd charges on residential, semi commercial, and commercial loans. All loans are unregulated.

What do I need to get a bridging loan with Inhale Capital?

Once we receive your enquiry it is assigned to our underwriters.

Our underwriter reviews your enquiry and, if it meets our criteria, aims to issue a quote within two hours.

Our underwriter then determines what valuation (if any) is required.

On receipt/review of the valuation and carrying out all underwriting due diligence, solicitors are instructed.

How do I apply and how easy is the process?
