Sutton Kersh offered 99 lots at their May auction, and after strong bidding from a packed auction, over 70 lots were sold, bringing in sales of over £4 million so far, with sale’s figures still rising.

Property Sales Continue to Look Strong for 2016

Liverpool’s property auction house, Sutton Kersh has announced instructions for their next auction are up by almost a fifth. 

Their May auction will see 102 Lots offered for sale, a 19% increase compared to the same auction last year. 

Amongst the lots on sale there are many unique properties that are worthy of mention such as the well known Banjo Pub, in Bootle and the Tabernacle United Reformed Church, in Holywell. 

Churches and pubs star performers at March auction

Sutton Kersh’s March auction saw 121 lots on sale, another huge auction for Liverpool. Bidding was particularly fierce on some of the city’s landmark public houses and de-commissioned churches.

There were over 160 lots at auction and sales figures topped £9m, with 80% of properties sold on the day.
